Wait... WTF is a peptide?
No lecture. Pick the question on your mind and get an honest, useful first answer.
PICK YOUR STARTING POINT
Tiny building blocks. A very big conversation.
A peptide is a molecule made of two or more amino acids, the building blocks that also make up proteins. That’s the simple definition. The word alone doesn’t tell you what a specific peptide does, whether it has been studied in people, or whether a product is approved for a particular use.
Start with the exact name and the specific claim. Two things called ‘peptides’ can have completely different evidence and risks.

A LITTLE MORE CONVERSATION. A LOT LESS INTIMIDATION.THE THEORY
Come curious.
Leave clearer.
Glow Theory is a place for the peptide curious to slow down, look at the evidence, and talk about what it actually says. We make the first question easier to ask and the next one easier to find.
Understand the terms before getting lost in the claims.
Separate early research from evidence in people and approved uses.
Bring health decisions to a qualified clinician who knows you.
STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?

learning starts.
